The latest news about the case is that there was a hearing called at Brighton County Court before District Judge Merrick. No directions were agreed as it was decided that the action will be stayed until 22 May 2006 on the understanding that the Council would undertake practical steps to provide facilities for hearing impaired people in the seven venues which form the basis for mt complaint. This was embodied in an Order made by District Judge Merrick.
An update to the Dossier is currently in preparation and will be available soon.
All in all today has been a very successful day !

New Appearance
Readers will note that this Blog now looks different. Due to a technical problem the previous layout was defective and this has now been addressed along with what I hope is a clearer appearance.
One of the most popular parts of my Blog, the DDA Case (Induction Loop) Dossier is still here. You will also always be able to access this using the top link on the right.
