City Synergy outing to Palace Pier

This is my second lighthearted posting in recent days. On the 12th of April, City Synergy took us on a walk along Brighton's Palace Pier. The owners would like us to call it Brighton Pier but us Brightonians prefer its original name. The old West Pier has sadly been lost to the combined forces of arson and the weather.

Palace Pier is apparently Britain's second-most visited tourist attraction. The first is Buckingham Palace in London and the third is my house in Hove.
